This blog is ran by phantomvision. All content is expressed is in my view. I have not went by the name phantom409 for a very long time now. The nick phantom409 is based on my nick as being phantom and my fathers old CB handle being 409.
I am not nor claim to be involved with the music group phantom 409 because I have owned the rights to this nick since 1994 before the Group even existed online.
